We spent a few days in Las Vegas for the CES convention. It was a great idea to stay downtown to avoid the huge crowds on the strip. The free shuttle from the Golden Nugget was easy, had to wait about 15 minutes but was well worth not driving and parking near the convention center. The ride back was so easy, no line at all, but the strip hotels had long lines.
We ate off the strip and didn't have any crowds at all, it was a nice change since the convention was so packed, way too many people there. My main goal was to talk to GoPro about the sound issues with the Hero 5, it went as well as it could I guess, still have to wait and see if they fix things though.
I saw enough in a day and a half, relaxed and ate the rest of the time. Overall it was somewhat productive, not sure if I'll go again next year, but I will be attending NAB in April.
