Narita Airport terminal 1 and 2 have Dayroom and Showers you can use after you have checked-in in your flight and finished passport and security.
This is a great way to freshen up and rest when you have a few hours before boarding your gate.

I am featuring the shower and day room located in Terminal 2.
I always check in at least 3 hours before my flight but sometimes It can get hot in the airport so I make use of the shower rooms after I finished shopping in the duty free shops. Or when I have any layovers in Narita under 4 hours, I will use the shower room to refresh myself, maybe catch a quick nap.
