In this review I taste the french Galipette Brut Cidre, a standard unassuming cider at first glance, however it’s unique aesthetic matches it’s individual flavours. A mellow sweet yet savoury flavour that would go well with food and other flavours, is something I would drink again and recommend especially as they are a smaller brand.
