"As the Wind: The Enchanted Life of Eden Ahbez" is the first feature-length documentary on the enigmatic hippie composer of "Nature Boy" (1948) and his enduring beat-exotica masterwork "Eden's Island" (1960). Filmmakers Brian Chidester and John Winer combine rare archival images with the personal recollections of Ahbe's friends and collaborators to create a sweeping and richly detailed oral history.
