We headed to San Francisco to pick up live bait for halibut fishing and noticed the huge tower of black smoke. Once we got closer we saw it was Pier 45 on fire with fire boats trying to put it out. We later learned a lot of commercial fisherman keep their extra gear and equipment inside and it was all lost. This is very sad for the fishing community and our hearts go out to the fisherman and their families.
