Preparation:
The Marine will start standing tall.
Execution:
The Marine will bend one leg back at the knee, trying to get the heel as close to the butt as possible while raising the opposite arm at the same time. They will repeat on the other side and alternate.
Common Mistakes: - Feet moving to slow
- Kicking the lower back instead of under
the hip
