Nature Park "Skolivski Beskydy" is located in the Carpathians. This place has become home to a large number of Red Book animals. Due to the war, the institution was left without funding, so it became extremely difficult to care for the rare species.

The inhabitants of the park, the bison, need salt. This is an extremely important element of their healthy nutrition. If there is no salt within the animals' habitat, they will be forced to go in search of it. This can be exploited by poachers.

UAnimals took care of the bison and bought 2,400 kilograms of salt for them.
