This short kundalini yoga kriya is a real go-to to keep your digestion in good shape. It's the healthy bowel system kriya, and is done mostly standing up! This is unusual for a kundalini yoga kriya - more often, we are seated. However, the standing postures enable us to get deeper into the intestines and bowel for a great internal cleanse. Enjoy - and drink plenty of water afterward to help flush out the toxins and continue your healing work.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
