Vehicle is shown entering and driving on Bangors Road North and Bangors Road South despite clear signage stating HGVs are forbidden. There is no railway near these roads. The roads are not suitable for large vehicles. When the HGV passes, the driver is on a mobile phone (he is holding the phone in both hands as if texting or playing a game). The bottom of his elbows are on the bottom of the steering wheel so he is not in full control of the vehicle. He is approaching two primary schools. There are clear signs on both roads indicating HGVs are not permitted. Footage submitted to Thames Valley Police on 20/3/2021
