FRUTTI DA BOSCO SORBET RECIPE
For 1.5-quart ice cream maker

Add ¾ cup of water to 1.5 cups of sugar. Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. It is now a syrup.
Add mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to Ninja blender.

The amount of berries is according to taste. If half the berries are strawberries, then 5 cups of berries of blended juice is needed. If more of the other berries are used, them 6 cups of blended juice is needed because the other berries have more seeds.

Use a strainer to remove seeds from juice. Put back in blender.
Add ¼ cup lemon juice to strained juice.
Add syrup to juice. Blend.
Put into ice cream maker.
It will take 10-12 minutes to expand and freeze than ice cream.
