What is advertised as a trout fishery is actually a largely inancessible stretch of water between two salmon beats. If the water hadn't been so low, practially none of it would be fishable.

There's about a miles walk to the jubilee bridge, the start of the upper part of the beat, and I'm guessing that most people don't make the effort and stick to the tiny stretch in town. If you were thinking of trying your hand here, I would advise against it.
