Although there are signs Saskatchewan's COVID-19 cases are seeing some decline, that still has not translated to the province's hospitals.
Intensive Care Units there continue to be swamped by COVID-19 patients, with 83 patients occupying beds in them as of Tuesday.
Despite health workers being overwhelmed, the province is not budging on setting any new pandemic measures.
As Nathaniel Dove reports, if Premier Scott Moe doesn't act, Saskatoon city councillors may take matters into their own hands instead.
