Dr. Billy Higginbotham discusses how feral hogs can negatively impact the white-tailed deer industry in Texas, which contributes billions of dollars annually to the Texas economy. Competition with deer for food and space should lead to landowners to exclude feral hogs from feeders. Recommendations for fence heights based on recent research is given.
