Saskatoon Tribal Chief/Dakota Dunes CDC Board Chair, Mark Arcand and Shirley Greyeyes, Director, Dakota Dunes CDC/Operation Santa Co-Chair made the announcement November 21, 2024 at White Buffalo Youth Lodge.
