This is one of my favorite meditations for progressive muscle relaxation, which is an effective exercise that relaxes your mind and body by progressively tensing and relaxing muscle groups throughout your entire body. Most people feel immediate results either during or right after the meditation. Feel free to omit a step or adjust as needed if you have any pain or discomfort in any of the targeted muscle groups. I encourage you to practice this guided meditation on a daily basis or whenever you are feeling stress in either your mind or body. Hopefully this meditation can help you relax and relieve stress.
