Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 4
Milk - 300 milliliters
Powdered sugar - 50 grams
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 tablespoon
Bread slices
Nutella - to taste
Marshmallow - to taste
Butter - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 4 eggs, 300 milliliters milk, 50 grams powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
2. Take a bread slice and spread nutella over it.
3. Add some marshmallow on it.
4. Cover it with another slice of bread.
5. Dip it in the prepared batter.
6. Heat some butter in a pan and place the bread on it.
7. Cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes and flip it gently.
8. Cook until it turns golden brown in color form both sides.
9. Remove it from heat.
10. Drizzle some nutella over it.
11. Serve.
