This is one of my smoothies recipe with watermelon. In this particular smoothie, I used fresh watermelon, which adds liquid while also keeping a thick texture and hydrates.
Another superstar ingredient in this recipe is the fresh ginger, which adds both flavor and the anti-inflammatory effects. Ginger contains phenolic compounds called gingerols. One of these, 6-gingerol, has been shown to have anticancer, anti-inflammation, and anti-oxidation biological activities.
Also, incorporate a new anti-inflammatory option into your diet with Raspberries or any berry of your choice like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries. So, here's the recipe!
Ingredients :
1 cup Watermelon
1/2 cup rasberries
1 thump size ginger
1/2 cup kiwi
Instructions :
Blend all ingredients together and serve, make sure no small chunks left.. use you mixie or blender. As we are not adding any water here so this will be a thick consistency smoothie. I like to enjoy this smoothie without ice cubes as the fruit used was already referigerated
