I want to share with you a new eye exercise that has been very effective when it comes to improving age-related vision. I know that many of my followers are past 40 and that they may wear eyeglasses or have eye issues related to aging. This is why this is a great exercise for all of them!
p.s. I get you! Last October I turned 47 years so I am not exactly a spring chicken by society’s standards but I still feel like one. Some great habits including healthy foods, meditation, practicing yoga, and Facial Yoga help to keep me young but nobody can avoid aging 100%.
