If you have a private\isolated network that you use for testing purposes with static IP addresses, it's easy to setup internet connection sharing on a single Windows computer with a secondary network card (NIC) and then share that connection with the rest of the computers on the network. You just need to use that specific computer's IP address as the default gateway for the other computer and then add a public DNS server.
