Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) won the prize in ‘Egypt Summit for the Best’, which ranked the top 100 companies in the market.

So why was TMG the best real estate developer?

The group has the two largest urban integrated projects in Egypt

1- Al Rehab: An integrated city built on 10m square meters (sqm). About 200,000 people live in Rehab now, while It includes apartments, villas, and commercial units. It also has integrated educational, medical and sports services.

2- Madinaty:

An urban community of 400,000 people. An estimated number of 1 million people will live in Madinaty when the project is completed, and has a 32m sqm total land space. Moreover, it is 10 minutes away from the New Capital, and includes all the services and activities needed by residents.
