Having finished our plaster model (plug) in plaster we need to finish it to a high gloss, in preparation for taking molds from it. This video shows that refining process, or in other words, a lot of sanding and filling. The results are spectacular! The video ends with a bright and shiny red supercar, or at least something that is indistinguishable from the real thing. Follow as we go through 7 layers of auto-body technique to “prep” the plug.
