Taaloo Zorouna, Arabic for "Come Visit With Us", is a series of short video interviews with Syrian Refugees who have come to the Thompson Okanagan in the past year. It reflects the importance of being social to Syrians, and acts as an invitation to get to know our new neighbours.
Each video is between 1 and 3 minutes and offers a casual glimpse into the refugees’ lives, cover different themes, addresses questions Canadians may have and shares insight into the culture and the experiences and hopes of our new neighbours.
