Potato Cutlets
Ingredients:
Potatoes boiled Mashed 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 medium
Green chilies 3-4
Coriander handful
Soya Sauce 2tbs
Salt 1tsp or to taste
Cornflour 2tbs
Boiled eggs chopped 2
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Egg 1
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Oil for frying
Directions:
.In bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash it.
.Add onion, green chilies, coriander, soya sauce, salt, cornflour and black pepper, mix well to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
.Take mixture and make cutlets.
.Dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
.In frying pan, add oil and fry cutlets until it turns out golden brown.
