Q #60: What qualities do you value above all else in an employee?

A: Coachability and authenticity. But above all else… authenticity because I think those people are also usually pretty coachable. I can't deal with passive aggressiveness. I can't deal with undercurrents and unsaid things. I like people who are as close to their real selves at work as they are outside of work. A lot of people don't know how to be their authentic selves so they put on a professional front. I just can't I can't deal with that.
