Hello my friends... I want to share the before and after results of me running a 5K every day for a month! I've been inspired by a lot of other challenges people have done, like running 1 mile everyday for a month. I wanted to take it up a notch and see how far I could get! Doing this running challenge helped me make significant changes physically and mentally. Stay tuned for how running every day for another month goes!! Honestly running is the only thing keeping me sane right now :((
