The Hidalgo County Elections Department held their annual Logic and Accuracy of the voting machines at their Elections Annex. The L&A of the voting machines serves as a security measure that ensures the ballot is going to be correctly administered during the election. Election code states the county only has to test a handle full of machines, however, the Elections department test every single machine before they arrive at the polling locations to ensure they are all accurate and functioning properly.
