My friend Hal is the paraglider pilot. It was spectacular running off that mountain :) We tried to fly all the way back to Santa Elena (~80km), but ended up losing a thermal and landing in a sugar cane field near Tulua. I'm wearing all the layers because i forgot sunblock. it's near the equator and you're flying at 12-14k feet. dat sun.
