Where's Joy? Doctor Who Joy to the World is the 2024 Christmas special written by Steven Moffat and showrun by Russell T Davies. Despite being the titular character Joy barely gets any show time and is absolutely overshadowed by Anita, the hotel manager. She's fantastic but Moffat must be confused and have forgotten how to write a sensical story. Such a cool idea wasted!
