This video looks at an interesting Court of Appeal decision regarding the sale of land. The contract was signed in trust on behalf of a company that did not exist at the time of the signing of the contract. The vendor sued the individual who signed the contract in order to complete the sale. Case went to High Court, then Court of Appeal.
