How to cook Salmon in Creamy Mushroom Sauce. Season salmon with salt and peppers and sear medium high heat skin side down for 3 minute and flip. Cook for another 3 minutes and add juice of half a lemon. Add 1 tbsp of butter and 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic. Add asparagus and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove salmon and asparagus and add mushrooms to hot pan. 1/4 cup cream and simmer until sauce reduces.
