"Saltwater Country" — The Monster Barge mission continues on the West Coast of Cape York as Australia’s #1 adventure team stop off at Kowanyama, a remote indigenous town, to top up their fuel and explore the land.
The rangers put the boys to work with some local duties after the recent heavy wet season and show them some epic fishing spots in return. Before long, the team say their goodbyes and barge onwards towards Weipa.
It’s been a long & tough journey to get to this point, and the Monster Barge has now picked up a busted wing - this layover in Weipa is long overdue to perform some maintenance and get the mission back on track.
