My history is that I tried diet after diet. For years, I did not understand the problem, so my action plan changed over and over again, but I was directionless. Now, I have a clear action plan because I understand my hunger drive. Eat plants and avoid processed foods: these are my two guiding principles. Within that, I have clear balances that I know work for me.
Finding a pathway to a lighter and healthier version of myself has been simultaneously one of the most rewarding and complex processes of my life.
