The Coast to Coast walk was developed by the legendary fellwalker Alfred Wainwright and follows a 190 mile long route across Northern England. It begins by crossing the Lake District National Park before passing through the Eden Valley, Yorkshire Dales, Vale of Mowbray and North Yorkshire Moors to end at the North Sea at Robin Hoods Bay.
Part 1 of this incredible journey begins at the coastal village of St Bees and covers 14.5 miles of coastline and countryside to enter the Lake District.
