How to remove the stubborn cooling fan relays in your 2003 to 2007 Infiniti G35 (2006 model here)
Here's how I got to this point: One day while driving home, I noticed my temperature gauge spiked. I checked everything from topping off the coolant, making sure the coolant system was properly bled, to inspecting the thermostat, coolant hoses, and replacing the plastic air bleed valve under the passenger side intake. Then, when I tried to send power to my radiator fans using a car scanner, nothing happened. So, I had to go hunting for the relays. It wasn't a fun experience to access the relays after all that work, but luckily, they were fine. Then, back to the fans - when I tried to manually power them, still nothing. It was time for new parts. After installing new fans and a radiator, everything is now working just fine.
