** RECIPE - Instant Raw Mango Pickle **
INGREDIENTS:
Raw Mango (1 Big Mamidikaya) = 2 Cups = 250-300 gm Mango Pieces approx
Salt (Uppu) = 50 gm
Red Chilli Powder (Kaaram) = 75 gm
Mustard Seeds (Aavalu) = 20 gm (make powder)
Fenugreek Seeds (Menthulu) = 1 tsp (make powder)
Oil = 150 ml approx
PROCESS:
- Take Raw Mango, wash it & wipe it clean with a dry cloth.
- Cut into small pieces and keep aside.
- Mix Well: Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Mustard Powder, Fenugreek Powder
- Add: Mango Pieces & Mix Well
- Add: Oil & Mix Well
- Close lid & rest aside for a day
- Store pickle in a Dry Glass Jar
- Stays good for 15-20 days
IMPORTANT:
- Please note that this is NOT the traditional 'Nilava Pachadi' that stays good for years (We will make another Video how to make that traditional pickle).
- This is Instant Mango Pickle that can be prepared quickly with least number of ingredients in 5-10 minutes and stays good for 15-20 days.
- There are various methods & ingredients to prepare Instant Mango Pickle. But this is the fastest & tastiest method.
