A barrel of Neutri (Trichloroethylene) was accidentally left in the sun and rain and was corroded. A quick rig was set up in a jiffy to remove the water and rust. TCE is 1.6 times denser than water so water floats on top. A syphon was made from a random tube to suck out only the chemical from the bottom. A paper tower was used to filter the dirt.
