This video talks about installing IE4 separately in Windows 95, in most of cases some clean installs of Windows 95 OSR 2.5/Version C doesn't give you a prompt to install IE4 after the Windows 95 install. I did reinstall Plus! for Kids to fix an issue with Desktop Themes as well and the IE 5.5 SP2 install in the video is a bonus to replace IE4. If you're going to install IE4 for the Windows Desktop Update be sure to install Microsoft Plus! 95 first if you want to add Plus! 95 to Windows 95 before installing IE4. After you update to IE 5.5 you can either install Plus! for Kids and/or Office 97 Desktop Themes patch from the Office 97 CD-Rom this will help prevent cool.dll overwriting the shell32.dll icon files.
