Maulana Qari Tayaib Qasmi came to Hong Kong in the 1980s and spreaded Islam. Before he came to Hong Kong the muslims in Hong Kong did not know much about Islam because they were busy at work and business. But his efforts have not been wasted Alhamdulila today there are 7 madrasas in Hong Kong. Earlier when he recently came to HK he was the imam of Kowloon Mosque Hong Kong the main islamic centre. Now he is currently the imam and chairperson of Sham Shui Po Madrasa. Other than being a Chairperson of SSP Madrasa he is also a Chairperson of Raabta Aalame Islami (world islamic league) in HK whose Headquarter is located in Saudi Arab. The madrasas run by him are known as Khatme Nubuwat Centres that teachs us the seal of the prophet(p.b.u.h). Subhanallah there 1500 kids doing Hifaz( Recite Quran) in HK. There are classes on weekends for muslim women. Chinese and English classes are provided too. Taraweeh and Eid prayers are also performed in these madrasas. Alhamdulila the imams of Makkah, Madina, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, UK and all other coutries come to visit Molana Qari Tayaib Qasmi every year. Moreover Molana Qari Tayaib Qasmi is an ideal person for everyone in HK and all around the world, he has been loved by people through out the world. His speech and lectures are Unique and Inspirational.
