The G20 members share fundamental values, said Argentine Ambassador to China Diego Ramiro Guelar in an interview with CGTN ahead of the summit in Buenos Aires. He called for dialogue to be the core instrument in international relations instead of confrontation, stressing the deepening of multilateralism. He added that the World Trade Organization (WTO) is highly needed especially in developing countries.
