I wanted to try out vegan butter for this recipe but I couldn't get any in my town. I didn't use any lamination when making this dough. This was great though, I made a filling from chickpeas, kidney beans and pumpkin and a few other veggies. This recipe is great and its probably the best veggie patty recipe.
