This is the end of the series. I summarize the series so far, answer a few common questions, and address a few points from the comment sections of the various episodes. Then I give an overview on the Thunderbolt's effect on the war in Western Europe, and cover the plane's massive post war success.
It's an hour and fourteen min. video. There is about a 15 second period during which the sound is very scratchy. This happens between the 63.5 and 63.75 min marks. Sorry about that.

There does appear to be a math error from the museum in regards to hours flows vs. fuel used. I think they left off a zero.
The Dieppe raid was an operation using 6000 infantry soldiers with air and naval support landing on 6 beaches with the objective of taking control of a port city. I call that an invasion. As it was a near total failure, the British latched onto the only success they had which was some intelligence gathering. For propaganda purposes they called it a raid to gather intelligence, that way it could be spun as a success. So if you want to call it a successful raid instead of a failed invasion, that's fine with me, it's one way of looking at it.
