This week's video looks at the 2020 AgraCity case in which Revenue Canada tried a chapter VI type of approach to argue that a company with no employees cannot keep any profits for itself, and lost the case. The case raises some interesting questions about the boundaries of chapter VI and the types of cases to which its logic may not apply.
