Sporadic gunshots at Bayelsa State House of Assembly today disrupted the plenary by the lawmakers with hoodlums invading the premises.
Some lawmakers held plenary session and elected a new Speaker, Obolo Bobou while the embattled former Speaker of the House, Tonye Isenah, described his impeachment as unlawful as he has adjourned plenary indefinitely.
