A classic Easter dessert revisited with amazing Giusti balsamic vinegar of Modena and decadent dark chocolate!
From the encounter between the sweet and sour of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP and the sweetness of the traditional Easter cake, a soft, fragrant and aromatic Colomba is born. Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is used to enrich the dough, to macerate the raisins, which are thus more fragrant and aromatic, and added to the filling cream. Finally, the Giusti Colomba is covered with a dark chocolate glaze. A classic Easter dessert with an unusual and original combination.
