North East Festival is a very popular digital platform that is followed by youths across North East India and major metro cities. In an attempt to connect and engage with the youths, the Team North East Festival proposes to organize a series of discussions and interactions with entrepreneurs, musical icons, talented cultural personalities, fashion icons, designers, sports personalities, and many more. We present before you 'NEF Live: The Talk Show'. The series will start with interaction on ‘‘Entrepreneurial opportunities in the NER with special focus on Start-Ups’’ with well-known entrepreneur, project specialist, influencer, and the Founder of North East Festival and Rongali, Mr. Shyamkanu Mahanta, this Saturday i.e. 12th February 2022 at 3 pm in the YouTube channel of North East Festival.
Shyamkanu Mahanta is the promoter of the popular North East Festival and Rongali. He is a well-known entrepreneur, social influencer, and infrastructure project specialist. He is an Engineering Graduate with Management Background, he started his career in NEDFi and was involved in financing many successful projects, small-scale entrepreneurs up to large industries. Later on, he joined IL&FS and worked across the country in project development in senior management and was responsible for the successful implementation of many power plants, tourism projects, etc.
At present, he is the Managing Director of MMS Advisory Pvt Ltd, the largest project management company in the North East. He is also the Chief Functionary of Trend MMS, who organizes the iconic North East Festival, Rongali, Colours of North East, and North East India Festival at Bangkok. Graced with several awards, Mr. Mahanta is a very popular Television Host. Through his program ‘Jogatmak Dristire’ telecasted in Prag News, he blazes a trail for everyone. He is a panelist in many regional and national TV, is a columnist, and is currently working on many Start-up projects in the NER.
