Fried red snapper is a staple found in local Dominican beaches. Little stands abound so you get them fresh because they are made to order. It's an experience to be had!
If you haven't made this recipe yet, I totally recommend you run out, get the red snapper and make it! You'll be amazed by the intense flavor, flakiness of the fish and crunchiness of it's skin. YUM!!! 😋
