Members of the opposition have been dealt a blow after Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua declared that she was not opposed to having her constituents support of President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election bid.
Speaking to the press in Gichugu, Kirinyaga county, Karua who contested the Presidency in 2013 maintained that her voters were okay to rally behind the incumbent in next year's Presidential polls.
Enock Sikolia reports that Karua's statement appeared to suggest that her future in Kirinyaga politics depends on supporting President Kenyatta.
