On Thursday 11th October 2012, The UNESCO Chair on Community Media, Professor Vinod Pavarala spoke at The Shoe Factory in Nicosia at an event organised by the Cyprus Community Media Centre in collaboration with the Nicosia Municipality. Professor Pavarala outlined the ways in which community media can work with local authorities
as part of a mutually beneficial relationship.
