Howdy guys, two tier 8 scouts for today's video, and two tanks I plan on playing a lot more of in the future. A lot of people blame matchmaker, RNG, or arti for extremely lopsided wins or losses. And while those elements do have a significant impact on the battle, nothing... NOTHING has more impact on a battle than a player's individual choices and taking advantage of opportunities. Both the WZ-132 and RU-251 are fantastic scouts in each their owns ways.
