On sunday, President Yoweri Museveni dropped Inspector General of Police, General Kale Kayihura, and Security Minister, Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde. President then appointed General Elly Tumwine and Martin Okoth Ochola as Security Minister and Inspector General of Police respectively.
